A DIY version of one of Babka Budapest’s most popular dishes. Pour it into a heat-resistant dish, add two eggs on it, put it in an oven preheated to 200°C. Bake until the eggs are set to your liking. Before consumption, you can sprinkle fresh coriander or even goat cheese on it if you like. We love it best with fried merguez sausage!
